Abstract

In this day and age more and more advances are being made, one of whichisthe soaring level of use of technology and digital objects because of that, especiallyin every company or organization in carrying out work, it is very important tousetechnology, especially the internet in carrying out work, for example, which is moreimportant in its service system. The Department of Transportation of the BanyumasRegency is one of them in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) section for testing motorized vehicles. The UPTD is a part of the Department of Transportation which has the task of testing vehicles in each region. In this case, thelevel of transportation use in Banyumas Regency is very high, because there will bealot of data that will be received by the UPTD itself, in facilitating when storingdata, the UPTD built a system, namely SIM PKB Banyumas, but from the satisfactionandconvenience of using the SIM PKB system, a discussion was needed about the SIMPKB user experience or the experience that users have in using the system. Processing data from respondents using the User Experience Questionare (UEQ) method where this method will calculate the level of User Experience SIMPKBinterms of attractive scale values, Perspicuity, Ef iciency, Dependability, Stimulation, Novelty, which will be divided into 26 items here meaning PKB SIMusers willgivenquestions that fall into these 6 aspects, the User Experience QuestionnaireEvaluation on a population of 15 data has a scale value that is not good intheattractiveness section has an average value of 0.767, clarity has a value of 0.017, ef iciency has a value of 1.467, accuracy has a value of 0.117, Stimulation has avalue of 0.317, and novelty has a value of 0.367. From the analysis using UEQ, it shows that User Experience from PKB SIM website users can be said to be not goodwith an average value below 1. Keywords: Evaluation,UX,SIMPKB
