Abstract

SMP Negeri 1 Karangpucung is currently utilizing information systems tocarryout service processes in the field of education. The information systemused at SMPNegeri 1 Karangpucung is currently more focused on the staf ing sector. SMPNegeri 1 Karangpucung already uses several information systems, especially in the fieldof staf ing, to be more precise, there are four systems consisting of a website andadesktop application. The four systems are based on interviews conducted withMr. Asep as information system data manager for SMP Negeri 1 Karangpucung, of theopinion that the information systems owned, especially in the field of staf ing, havenot been integrated with each other, causing data redundancy and hinderingtheservice process because the information system does not work. ef ectively. Theresearch method uses the Ward and Peppard method with a research flowanalyzingcurrent conditions consisting of internal business analysis and external businessanalysis, internal information system analysis and external information systemanalysis. Then do a critical success factor analysis. Then analyze future conditionsconsisting of business strategy, IS management strategy, and IS strategy. Producingan SI strategy plan document that has been prepared in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of SMP Negeri 1 Karangpucung with reference totheRENSTRA 2021-2025 SMP Negeri 1 Karangpucung.
