Abstract

PT. Telekomunikasi satelit or better known as Telkomsat Bogor is one of thesubsidiaries of PT. Telkom Indonesia. Telkomsat is engaged in communicationsatellites and is also a transmission center located on Jl. Sholeh Iskandar No.KM6, Tanah Cereal District, Bogor. Telkomsat provides satellite-based internet services to serve remote, innermost and outermost areas in Indonesia that cannot be reached by fiber optic cables. As a fairly large company, Telkomsat hasvarious divisions and work units, one of which is provisioning andnewinstallation units. The large number of customers made the company create the 3easy website forstoring customer data so that it is stored neatly. The 3easy system is a website that contains data from Telkomsat subscribers, starting from customers who will makenew installations, renewals, and also terminate subscriptions. 3easy is alsousedto check data between Telkomsat's systems.
