Abstract

In this study using the UEQ Questionnaire and Usability Testing methods used, objective testing by using a test with a questionnaire to respondents in the use of the application by using questions from the UEQ Questionnaire which has 6 scales namely: Attraction, Efficiency, Perpicuity, Dependability, Stimulation and Novelty . in the aspect of pragmatic quality, the highest value is the aspect of efficiency (efficiency), which is 1,461. the efficiency aspect gets a positive impression, this shows the user in completing the task quickly when the application cares about protecting the application, protecting what is attractive and comfortable for the user, because the attractiveness aspect has a positive impression with a value of 1,240. this shows that the care protect application is useful for users and motivates users to use it. the UEQ value for the novelty aspect is 0.588 which indicates the design has novelty. the efficiency aspect gets a positive impression, this shows the user in completing the task quickly when the application cares about protecting, is an application that cares about protecting and is comfortable for the user, because the attractiveness aspect has a positive impression with a value of 1,240. From the results of the assessment score above, it shows that the care and protection application is feasible to use from the pragmatic quality aspect, efficiency, dependency aspect which shows a positive value by using the user experience questionnaire method.
