Abstract

The Campiun Institute of Technology Telkom Purwokerto website is a website that is used to display information about training, seminars, and other activities for free. Of course, the Campiun Institute of Technology Telkom Purwokerto website is not only used by students of the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology but also the general public. The Campiun Institute of Technology Telkom Purwokerto site has several features that can be used by users. In making it easier for the user, an effective and efficient user interface is needed as well as user friendly. An effective and efficient site can be known for its usability by conducting an evaluation. Usability is used to measure the level of performance of the website's ease of use by users. Therefore, to determine the level of performance on the user interface of the Campiun website, Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto, usability analysis is needed. There are many methods used in usability analysis, one of which is by using the Heuristic Evaluation method. In previous studies, many have used the Heuristic Evaluation method in analyzing usability. Therefore, in this study using the Heuristic Evaluation method. The results obtained from this study are the level of usability and recommendations for improvement on the Campiun website of the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology.
