Abstract

Processing industry data, namely micro and small industries (IMK) is carried out using the IMK menu processing website of the Central Bureau of Statistics. The processing website is used to report data on a regular basis from the results of census activities in the form of field surveys Website user satisfaction can find out the advantages and disadvantages of the website that has been implemented and later can become a reference for further website development This research is useful for the BPS office to be able to improve website processing so that employee performance can carry out their duties precisely and accurately The method used to analyze user satisfaction is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method by looking at five satisfaction variables namely content, accuracy, format, easy of use, and timeliness Calculations are performed using a Likert scale, namely the range 1-5 to see the level of satisfaction in each variable The results showed that user satisfaction in the content variable has an index of 80% (Very Satisfied). Accuracy has an index of 54% (Neutral). Format has an index of 66% (Satisfied) Easy of Use has an index of 66% (Sansfied).
