Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. PT Telkom Indonesia is also one of the telecommunications industries in Indonesia that has provided information access services with high speed and also uses normal fiber optic transmission lines. One of the services owned by PT Telkom Indonesia is Indihome, indihome is a digital service that provides Home Internet, Home Phones and Interactive TV (IndiHome TV) with a variety of package options. Currently, the IndiHome network has spread throughout Indonesia, and continues to be vigilant to meet the needs of a better internet for the community. PT Telkom, of course, has a person in charge of Telkom's business aspects in their respective managed areas and the part that is fully responsible for it is in the office at Witel. The purpose of this report is to find out how the operational fulfillment of Witel Purwoketo is, from the entry of orders to the implementation of the Acceptance Test in the field.
