Abstract

In the digital era, all lines of society, starting with the government and industrial sectors, are required to be able to keep up with the times. DINARPUSDA(Regional Archives and Library Service) of Banyumas Regency is an institutionengaged in the archives sector, and it is not far from technological developmentsthat utilize information systems and information technology. The purpose of theanalysis of the SRIKANDI application information system in the DINARPUSDABanyumas Regency is to determine the performance of employees. This studyuses qualitative methods and 4 perspectives of the IT Balanced Scorecard. Thefindings of this study optimize performance from 3 perspectives: 1) User orientation, 2) Operational improvement, and 3) Future orientationinDINARPUSDA Banyumas Regency, which is used to find out howmuchthelevel of utilization of IS/IT is used by employees.
