Abstract

In the current era, telecommunications has become a necessity for the widercommunity that can no longer be avoided, especially in the digital era whichhasbegun to enter the industrial era 4.0. PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) is acompany that focuses on telecommunications services which was foundedonOctober 3, 2000. In carrying out this field work, it can improve skills and a senseof responsibility and can interact professionally in the real world of work. Deactivation is a customer who uses the services of PT ICON+ then no longeruses the service or has not re-subscribed with the PT ICON+ company duetoseveral factors such as customer financial problems, customer location closing, alignments/groups, change of customer name. There are 2 types of servicedeactivation, namely administrative and non-administrative. The purpose of dismantle is so that devices that are not used by customers can be retrievedandreused. Therefore, in this practical work the title is "Handling of DeactivationProjects for Users for Service Products Icon Plus CENTRAL PART OFJAVASBU". Keywords: ICON+ , Telecomunication , Deactivation.
