Abstract

The BPS processing website is a website used by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) to process all data obtained from the results of census activities carried out in the form of surveys or field observations. However, in the data entry process that is carried out, sometimes it experiences several problems including websites that cannot be accessed, data that is not stored, and websites that experience downtime when used together at the same time. Based on these problems, a study was made which aimed to measure the quality of BPS website processing. Measurements were made by applying the Likert scale analysis indicator method. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of measurement and analysis of user satisfaction (satisfaction) on the use of BPS processing websites, namely the interval criteria for the quality of BPS processing websites from the Likert measurement results. namely respondents agreeing that BPS processing websites are of high quality, but there is still a need for improvement in several parts. The average of the results of the interpretation of the score obtained is 64% The results obtained from the calculations are the average SUS score of 52, which is in grade D, Adjective OK. Acceptable Marginal, and NPS Detractor. So that an increase is needed so that the level of user satisfaction (satisfaction) with the use of the BPS processing website can be satisfactory Keywords Website, Satisfaction, Likert Scale, System Usability Scale (SUS).
