Abstract

The development of technological advances in the telecommunications sector has made companies compete to create fast and consistent network services for customer satisfaction. Because the need for telecommunications services is getting bigger, in the company it is necessary to have Quality Control on telecommunication materials to ensure that the products to be used are free from defects and in accordance with quality requirements in order to create good network services. In addition, it is also necessary to have an administrative system on the distribution of telecommunication materials to facilitate the process of handling network services. The system used for material data management in the warehouse operational system at Telkom Access company is SAP (System Application And Product in Data Processing) software. SAP is software used to support the mobility of a company in carrying out its operational activities to be more efficient. In the Telkom Access company, the SAP application is used to manage data in the form of transaction processes in and out of telecommunication materials, regulate the distribution of materials properly, calculate material differences, and ensure sufficient material stocks to meet needs.
