Abstract

Managed Service Operation (MSO) is a unit of the Telkom Regional III Division whose job is to handle wholesale customers in terms of fulfillment & assurance with MSO as the division head. the lack of efficiency of MSO employees in viewing their newlink & reporting data, because each weekly data report report must first open a google sheet to be presented to the MSO chairman which they think is less effective and there is no analysis in the data, and to search for newlink & reporting data Certain data also takes a lot of time because the data has reached thousands. Therefore, we designed the Reporting and Date Managed Service Operation (RIDEON) application. The RIDEON application is integrated with Google Sheets for MSO employee reporting data, using the Google Sheets API. With the integration between google sheets and the RIDEON application, it allows the application to retrieve data and search for report data based on the data id from the MSO employee google sheet and display the data in the form of tables and charts. In the appearance of data in the form of tables and charts, it makes it easier for MSO employees to view and analyze data and also perform data searches in real-time. The design of the RIDEON application uses the React Native framework with the javascript programming language as the front-end and nodejs as the backend which functions to retrieve data from the MSO google sheet.
