Abstract
PT TELEKOMUNIKASI, Tbk or known as PT. TELKOM is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which is engaged in providing telecommunications and information facilities and services for the public or the wider community to remote areas of Indonesia. Indonesia Digital Home (Indihome) is one of the service products from PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia which includes communication and data packages. Indihome has 3 basic services, namely Fiber Optic internet, Cable TV, and Telephone. In addition to these 3 basic services, Indihome also provides an additional service called AddOn. AddOn is a plus plus service for customers who want to get more services. Examples of this plus service are premium TV channels or HD quality TV channels. This AddOn service is broadly divided into 3 namely TV AddOn, Internet AddOn, and Telephone AddOn. Kawal AddOn is service order escort data for existing customers. The AddOn Kawal Data Processing at the Witel Purwokerto unit is an effort to collect data on customer orders who want to add services so that it is easier to find out the status of existing customer orders.
