Abstract

In this digital era, technological developments are growing very rapidly, including telecommunications technology. This can be seen from the community's need for internet use. As a company under the auspices of the government, the indihome provider must provide good quality network services for the community, but there are also complaints from the community that require them to disconnect from indihome services. Therefore, it is necessary to record various kinds of wifi orders from people who have changed their services. Diconnect data orders are carried out so that every unsubscribed customer can be immediately disconnected, as well as those who want to subscribe can also be handled directly by field technicians. These data are processed and stored in the Nossa Telkom Witel Tangerang (New Operation Support System Assurance) tools owned by PT. Telkom Indonesia.
