Abstract

The tourism industry during the pandemic experienced a decline in public interest due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, so that public restrictions were placed on being able to travel. In this regard, we need a way to adapt and innovate, namely by contactless service so that it can facilitate business processes digitally. This problem was then raised by PT Infomedia Nusantara through Mimin Social Commerce in collaboration with the Public Company Perhutani to create an information system that can manage online tourist ticket sales. With the aim of being able to increase public interest in being able to travel only by buying tickets digitally so that it becomes safer. The contactless service innovation here is that customers can easily purchase travel tickets just by chatting with the admin via social media and accessing the ticket booking website. The result of this research is the construction of an order booking and tourist ticket information system that can make it easier for the public to be able to purchase travel tickets online including the payment.
