Abstract

RSIA Citra Sari Husada is a General Hospital in the Karawang area, West Java with status C (low). In this hospital there is a mechanism for selecting the best doctor, but the selection process for selecting the best doctor is still manual, this is prone to errors in selecting the best doctor. Therefore, a system is needed that can help decision making. Based on these problems, this research will build a website-based Decision Support System to overcome the problem of making the best doctor's decision. This research uses the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method as a Decision Support System method. Meanwhile, the system development method uses a prototype. This prototype method was chosen because it has the advantage of getting fast feedback from potential users on each iteration carried out so that improvements can be made immediately according to user needs. The system testing method that has been built will apply the Blackbox testing method to test system functionality without paying attention to the internal details of the software, ensure that the system can run as expected without significant errors and reach the conclusion that all features work properly and user acceptance test (UAT) It is also used in this research to determine the level of user satisfaction with applications that have been built and produces an average score of 87% which is included in the very good category.
