Abstract

The development and evolution of information technology are very important for the development of business in the modern era. Technological advancement and rapid access to information require entrepreneurs to improve their skills and abilities. The research problem formulation is that the purchase and transaction process of goods at Radcom Solusindo Informatika is still limited through WhatsApp and e-mail because it does not have a goods information system. The research object is a problem topic to be solved with various methods or attributes to be studied. The object for this research is the impact of limited accessibility and reach that occurs due to the absence of a website at Radcom Solusindo Informatika. The Lean UX method, the initial stage of making assumptions. This stage involves direct interaction with users through interviews or questionnaires. The purpose of this research is that there is no goods information system at Radcom Solusindo Informatika so that a UI/UX design stage is required which can produce a prototype interface that can be tested to users, to ensure that the interface designed can meet user needs. Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a product suite that is developed with features that are adequate to satisfy customers and receive feedback at the beginning of MVP, will be used to make prototypes and evaluate the truth of the hypotheses that have been made. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method is an approach that is used to evaluate the system in terms of quality and user experience. UEQ uses a scale consisting of six dimensions, namely attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, reliability, stimulation, and novelty. The scales in UEQ allow for more detailed and objective assessment. The results of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) evaluation that have been obtained on the website design of the Radcom Solusindo Informatika sales information system received a "Good" rating on the attractiveness dimension with an average of 1.64. Clarity is categorized as "Above Average" with an average value of 1.53, while efficiency falls into the "Good" category with an average value of 1.67. Accuracy reaches the "Good" classification with an average value of 1.68. Stimulation achieved an "Excellent" rating with an average value of 1.77, while on the novelty scale, it received a "Good" rating with an average value of 1.18.
