Abstract

Education has a major role in improving and enlightening the life of the nation. The utilization of technology in education, especially through the Learning Management System (LMS) at the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto plays an important role in improving the quality of students. However, the use of LMS often faces obstacles, such as limited website performance and frequent errors in UTS and UAS evaluations. This study aims to identify the key factors that influence instructor satisfaction with the use of LMS on an ongoing basis. There are 11 hypotheses that will be tested on the respondents. Research respondents came from lecturers in ITTP all departments. The number of lecturers at ITTP is 183, using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, the number of respondents is 126 lecturers. Based on the results of the tests carried out, all data were declared valid and reliable, and the hypothesis testing carried out found that H5, H7, H10 and H11 were accepted and declared significant. While H1, H2, H3, H4, H6, H8, H9 are rejected and the relationship between variables has no significant effect. Management support and information quality are proven to have a positive effect on instructor satisfaction and sustainable use of LMS in distance learning.
