Abstract

Banyumas, a regency in Central Java Province had many historical places and culture. Focused on Baturraden which has their regional history about the area. Babad Baturraden story is taught at the elementary school from Budaya Banyumasan’s subjects. At this moment the learning media are not effective and interactive enough to taught the history. This project of making Babad Baturraden pop up book purposed to serve the story by a new media in need to support the learning process. Interviews, observation, and literature studies as data collection method will be used in this project. From the pop up book, hope the learning process about Babad Baturraden Kadipaten Kutaliman’s version will be more effective for the target which is an elementary school student.
