Abstract

The experience of listening to music has undergone significant changes due to rapid advances in information technology. The current digital generation prefers listening to music via digital devices by utilizing an internet connection. The Resso Musik application faces several problems, including a display design that is difficult to understand, use of features that do not meet expectations, and no user satisfaction analysis has been carried out by users. Customer satisfaction is very important in meeting customer needs. This research uses the EUCS (End-User Computing Satisfaction) method to evaluate end user satisfaction with technological aspects by assessing content, accuracy, format, timeliness, and ease of use. The aim of this research is to identify components that have a positive and significant impact on users of the Resso Musik application through the EUCS method approach; and formulate recommendations for future development of the Resso Musik application, including components that need to be maintained or improved to ensure user satisfaction is maintained. The results of this research are the results of user satisfaction of the Resso Musik application in Indonesia based on End User Computing Satisfaction calculations for each variable, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness, obtaining user satisfaction percentage results of 80% - 100% in the satisfied category. The results of the research hypothesis test show that H1, H2, H3, H4, and H5 are accepted. Based on the results of the recommendations, it can be concluded that it is important for the Resso Musik application to improve content, accuracy, format or appearance, timeliness, ease of use, and develop features in the Resso Musik application, so that it is hoped that it can increase user satisfaction in accordance with user needs.
