Abstract

The presence of Information Technology in supporting daily activities is increasingly beneficial. The use of the website as a medium for reading news, seeking information, supporting government activities and so on. The SDGs website is a website that is used to find out the population and make it easier for government officials to collect data in their area. One of the areas using this sebsite is Cindaga village. This website also makes it easier for village officials to delete population data and can easily update population data. However, many people still don't know about this website and the use of this application is often hampered because the servers on this website are sometimes down, there are problems with the SDGs website related to timelines and accuracy of access because servers are often down so that it is related to target delays in updating content, format and convenience. access. These problems require solutions related to user satisfaction analysis to improve services for SDGs website users. This study uses the End User Computing Service (EUCS) method. The results of this study are in the form of recommendations for improving the SDGs website in Cindaga village so that it is better and optimal. The recommendations given are in the form of system updates so that the display features on the SDGs application are easier to access and understand. Keywords: Village, EUCS, quality, SDGs, Website
