Abstract

At this time the government always makes breakthroughs in improving services. One of them is the start of implementing e-government which has been carried out by the Depok city education office by creating a website as a medium for publishing information related to the field of education at the address https://disdik.depok.go.id/. But on the website there are still several features that are inaccessible, less attractive, and not updated, this is felt by the users. For now, the website that has been developed has never been evaluated with a certain standard method to measure the level of user satisfaction with the website. So that testing is needed so that the website can be developed but in website development it is necessary to pay attention to its usability aspects to ensure that the goals of website development are appropriate and achieved. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usability of the Depok City Education Office's website using the System usability scale (SUS) method. SUS consists of 10 John Brooke questions and uses a Likert scale for each choice with a result in the form of a score of 0-100 which will determine the rating from the acceptability ranges, grade scale, and adjective ratings. For data collection in this study is the distribution of questionnaires and literature study and then data processing will be carried out to determine the final result. Respondents were selected as many as 30 people consisting of teachers, parents, service staff and students who will answer the questionnaire available on the Google form. From the results of this study it can be concluded that: the average value of the SUS measurement has a score of 45. From the rating scale measurement the Depok city education office website is in category D, while the Adjectives website is included in the poor. For acceptability, it is included in not acceptable. Then a redesign was carried out on the Depok city education office website and a score of 71.16 was obtained. From the measurement of the rating scale in category C, on the Adjectives the website is good. For acceptability, it is included in acceptable.
