Abstract

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is getting worse day by day, has caused a shift in learning methods from offline to online, resulting in increased internet usage. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) said that in 2020 as many as 78.18% of households in Indonesia had used the internet and increased by 4.43 points compared to the previous year to 73.75% due to various study, work and other activities carried out with take advantage of digital technology from home. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of the LMS (Learning Management System), especially those made by the Export School to support student learning. This research uses the QUIS (Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction) method with the hope that it will get recommendations for improvement from respondents for the Export Learning System (SELS) School. The results of the study using QUIS obtained the value or score for each factor, namely 6 factors using QUIS version 7.0 "Overall Reaction To The Software" getting a score of 6.69 "Screen" getting a score of 5.68 "Terminology and System Information" a score of 5.9 "Learning" score 6.23 "System Capabilities" score 6.58 "Usability and User Interface" score 56.43. So that the highest score obtained was on the Overall Reaction To The Software factor with a score of 6.69. The results of measuring user satisfaction were carried out using the QUIS questionnaire instrument, so the final results were obtained as seen from the overall reaction to the system or the overall reactions factor on the software which has crossed the threshold. satisfied, namely 6.69 > 6.50. So that it can be said that the results of the SELS evaluation have been satisfactory but there needs to be improvement in several factors that have low scores and improvements from the respondents' recommendations.
