Abstract

Information is very important in this day and age. Especially in airline services. Accuracy in flight schedule information and all announcements that support flight services is absolutely necessary so that there is certainty and regularity in flights. At this time information through the mass media is very influential on all aspects of the airport including visitors, passengers and airport employees. The Flight Information Display System (FIDS) is an important system that provides flight information at Yogyakarta International Airport which helps in managing passengers for both domestic and international departures, transit or arrivals. Proper and accurate delivery of information related to flight schedules and flight service information must be carried out at airports in order to achieve good airport management in accordance with agreed standards.
