Abstract

Telkom Akses Tangerang, as part of PT Telkom Akses and a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, has an important role in providing telecommunications infrastructure in Tangerang, Indonesia. Its main focus is on developing, operating, and maintaining telecommunication access networks with the aim of providing reliable and high-quality services to customers. With a commitment to quality standards and government regulations, Telkom Akses Tangerang strives to maintain efficient connectivity and be responsive to technological developments. Telkom's Benah Jaringan (Benjar) program in the Tangerang area is not only a technical effort to improve the quality of telecommunications services, but also a source of strategic information about economic and social progress in the area. By focusing on customer needs analysis, design, device acquisition, installation, and testing, Telkom ensures that its network meets high quality standards, supports economic growth, and becomes a responsive and efficient telecommunications service provider in the digital era. The strategic step of Close the Field (Turlap) is Telkom's initiative to improve 4G and 5G network performance. By discontinuing 3G services, Turlap frees up frequency spectrum for faster, high-capacity, low-latency services and broad connectivity. As a result, Telkom is able to deliver responsive, efficient and high-quality telecommunications services in the region, reflecting Telkom's determination to continue to innovate and meet the technological needs of the digital era.
