Abstract

Technological developments which are now increasing rapidly also present a lot of competition in business, one of which is company competition in providing internet services to the public. PT INDONESIA COMNETS PLUS (ICON+) is a company engaged in providing dedicated telecommunications services. This dedicated service means a service that is often used by large companies and is not used for retail services. PT INDONESIA COMNETS PLUS (ICON+), which is an Internet Service Provider (ISP), definitely requires a customer data authentication system. AMARTA (Organized Resource Management Application) is a web-based program that is used specifically by PT INDONESIA COMNETS PLUS (ICON+) in carrying out data collection or asset management [5]. With this application, ICON+ asset management will take place more efficiently and effectively which will have an impact on increasing service performance to other divisions and subscribers.
