Abstract

The campus repository is a digital library owned by the campus, according to the definition of the word. The benefits of using this campus repository are mainly for final year students to look for examples of theses, but can also be visited by anyone to see some alumni theses. Based on the results of the initial survey conducted by the researchers on May 18, 2022, using the random sampling method as the initial research data, 11 people (78.6%) strongly agreed to change the appearance of the ITTP campus repository website and 3 people (21.4%) agreed to make changes to the ITTP campus repository website. Based on this problem, a user experience evaluation (UX) study was conducted on the ITTP campus repository website. This study's objective is to evaluate system performance in light of user feedback about the redesigned ITTP campus repository website. The usability testing technique, moderated remote usability testing, and the user experience questionnaire are used in the user experience evaluation process (UEQ). According to the findings of a moderated usability test research, the completion rate is calculated based on the task success of each task, which is 96%, which means that almost all the tasks tested were successfully carried out by the respondents with a high success rate. While Time-based Efficiency shows a value of 4.6 goals/sec. While the results of testing with UEQ show that the website has positive evaluation results, the "Attractiveness" category has a score of 1.944. The “Perspicuity” category gets a score of 2.042. The “Efficiency” category gets a score of 2.175. The next category "Dependability" has a score of 2.025. The next category is "Stimulation" receiving a score of 1.875. The “Novelty” category got a score of 1.208. The score from the UEQ benchmark in the attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and perspicuity categories gets an "Excellent" score and the novelty category gets a "Good" score. The Likert Scale value gets a result of 90% which is in the "Very Eligible" category in the range of(81% - 100%). The evaluation of the overall user experience, it shows that the redesign of the ITTP campus repository website is already at a good level of user experience, but it needs some improvements to reduce problems.
