Abstract

Communication is the process of exchanging information carried out by two or more people with certain aims and objectives. Mass communication is a type of communication that conveys messages to many recipients in the form of information, ideas and attitudes by using mass media as a mass channel. At this time the mass media is very influential on all aspects of people's lives, social, cultural, economic, political, and so on. Website is one form of mass media communication with the internet network that can provide certain information and can be accessed by many people. In the Purbalingga Regency Government, the use of the website is very necessary, especially in the Regional Apparatus Organizations to convey all information related to all fields in the Purbalingga Regency Government. In addition to delivering information, the OPD website is also very useful in terms of online administration for the people of Purbalingga Regency.
