Abstract

Information and Communication Technology in this era has become very important for people's lives. It is not surprising that the development of Information and Communication Technology has developed very rapidly as well as the use of technology or devices based on information and communication technology. This development encourages companies engaged in ICT to be increasingly competitive in order to get positive feedback from consumers because the more positive reviews from consumers, the more demand for goods or services from new consumers and consumers. Because the demand for goods or services is higher, data collection of goods is an important thing for companies to avoid losses. Therefore, PT Telkom Akses collected data in a system manner to control the entry and expenditure of equipment needed by customers, one of which is NTE. The data collection uses an application called SCMT (Supply Chain Management Tools) or SCM (Supply Chain Management). SCM is an activity that includes coordination, scheduling and control of procurement, production, inventory, and delivery of products or services to customers which includes daily administration, operations, logistics and information processing from customers to suppliers. Meanwhile, SCMT is an application or device used in carrying out a series of activities on SCM.
