Abstract

Rapid technological developments are used to develop and advance various fields in Indonesia. One of the technological developments is used in the field of public services. Public services that are usually done manually are now starting to switch to online services, making it easier for the public to access public services. One of the Ministry's institutions in Indonesia, namely the Cirebon Regency Communications and Information Office (Cirebon Regency Diskominfo) utilizes online services to serve the community. The Tower Registration System Website (SITARA) is an online service to facilitate registration of telecommunication towers at the Cirebon Regency Communication and Information Office, which is currently still being done manually. SITARA development using NiceAdmin template and laravel framework. The final result of the Field Work/Internship that was carried out for two months is a website-based public service system (SITARA). This website is used to register towers by users, namely the public. The management of the data from the registration is carried out by the admin, namely the employee. The display of the responsive SITARA website uses the Nice Admin template. In addition, the SITARA website database uses the Laravel framework so that the stored data is more integrated and secure.
