Abstract

The rapid development of information technology drives the need for efficient and fast telecommunications, especially in supporting various aspects of life in Indonesia. Telkom Access, as a subsidiary of Telkom, has an important role in building and managing telecommunications network infrastructure. In this context, practical work activities are an opportunity for students to apply ICT knowledge and expand work experience in related industries. In his practical work in the provisioning division of PT Telkom Access, he was involved in installation and activation of telecommunications services. The focus is on reconciling data on the use of new installation materials and PDA (In-Area Work) at the Purwokerto Witel, which involves several Datels such as Purwokerto, Cilacap, Banjarnegara and Purbalingga. There are problems that occur when providing units, one of which is the difficulty of reconciling bills at the end of the month because the data is not structured properly. This causes workers who collect data to experience difficulties at the end of each month, therefore the author suggests carrying out reconciliation every day.
