Abstract
The telecommunications eqipment provided by these various vndors my not necessarily meet the existing technical requirements. As stated in Law No 36 of 199 concerning telecomunications, all telecomunications equipment traded, manufactured, assembled imported and or used in the territory of Indonesia must meet technical requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to have a test that can guarantee that every telecommunication device can meet the existing technical requirements. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia as a state-owned company in Indonesia that has been accredited by KAN (National Accreditation Committee) as a telecommunications equipment certification body. Services offered by PT. Indonesian telecommunications vary. One of them is a service for testing telecommunications equipment. The unit that runs it is Infrastructure Assurance (IAS) under the auspices of the Digital Service Division. PT Telkom SubDirectorate of Digital Business provides 5 types of laboratories including devices, energy, cables, transmission, and calibration, each of which has a test engineer. Then there are 3 types of tests offered, namely Quality Assurance, Type Approval, Voluntary Test. In testing the switch device, it is tested on a lab device and the type of test. Quality Assurance must pass through the stages of regress, function test, SPB, payment, SPK, implementation of device testing, test results report device, QA siding because the switch device uses this type of QA testing, then the last is the issuance of a certificate. The process can be monitored from the Telkom Test House application. After a series of testing processes, it can be seen if the device passes or not. Keyword : TTH, Web Sidomo.
