Abstract

Practical Work is one of the activities that can provide direct work experience for students, can also provide opportunities for students to implement the knowledge they have gained during lectures. This activity is a prerequisite for completing studies at the Faculty of Informatics, especially for the Undergraduate Informatics Engineering study program. This Practical Work/Field Work Practice will be held from October 7 2022 to. January 6, 2023. In carrying out this practical work, the author had the opportunity to PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Purwokerto Finance division. The activities carried out during practical work were creating a Website to make it easier for officers to visit Indihome customers when collecting arrears for the use of services offered by the company. The activity was carried out in a hybrid manner, namely WFO (Work from Office) and WFH (Work from Home). From the implementation of this practical work, the author can understand how to create a customer visit information system Website called 'Smart Cair'.
