Abstract

IOAN Division (Integrated Operation Access Network) is a work unit at PT Telkom Access Purwokerto which has the task of being responsible for problems or indihome network disturbances that occur at customers' homes through existing reports. Disturbances that often occur on the indihome network are loss disturbances, namely high attenuation which can cause the customer's wifi to be slow and even unable to connect to the internet Detection of this loss disturbance is usually indicated by the indicator light on the ONT (Optical Network Terminal) lit up red and flashing Checking interference loss can also be measured using a tool called an OPM (Optical Power Meter) which is a tool to measure the power on a fiber optic cable If the measurement of disturbance loss using OPM then the value listed is more than 40 dlm. The method used by the author in compiling this report is to go directly to the field with technicians to overcome loss disturbances that occur at indihome customers homes.
