Abstract

Beceer is one of the e-commerce applications around Banyumas district, along with the times it can be obtained from home using a smartphone. However, in reality, respondents are quite low in application usage based on ratings on the Google Play Store. This shows that the usability value is still low, so it is necessary to do research by conducting tests and repairs. The test was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method in measuring the level of satisfaction, which was given after carrying out the test by giving the task scenario assignments carried out by the respondents and filling out the initial questionnaire based on the Beceer respondent's experience and making prototype improvements as suggestions for improvement. After making repairs tested again to compare it. The results obtained from the initial test obtained the initial test score was 63.5. The System Usability Scale (SUS) rating category is included in the “OK” Adjective Rating category with a Grade Scale value of “D” and “Marginal” Acceptability. After re-testing was carried out based on the recommendations for prototype repairs, the results of the calculation of the System Usability Scale (SUS) were 70.0 adjective rating "Good" and get grade "B".
