Abstract

BAPPELITBANGDA has the main tasks given by the Regent and Deputy Regent of Purbalingga to be carried out according to the divisions that have been divided into tasks and functions in the fields of Development Planning and Research and Development. BAPPELITBANGDA has 4 divisions in it, one of which is the PK division which has problems in inputting data on poor residents of Kejobong District into a website to store the data which will later be used when assistance is to be provided. Therefore, a low fidelity design was created by displaying the design in a simple form to make it easier to input. The existence of a low fidelity design for designing a special website for the PK division provides benefits, namely that in inputting data on poor residents of the Kejobong District it is not manually in written documents so that they can search for data on residents of the Kejobong District easily, quickly and efficiently. With the low fidelity design designed, the User Centered Design method is used because it can adjust the design according to the user and the PK division, and can determine the design specifications desired by the PK division for designing website designs in inputting data for residents of the Kejobong District. The result is that by designing a low fidelity design, you will have a design plan to create a special data entry website for the PK division.
