Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk is one of the state-owned enterprises (BUMN) engaged in information and communication technology services and the largest telecommunications network in Indonesia, with the development of the world of information and communication technology becoming an important thing and becoming a new medium in communication. itself. Their flagship product is indihome, indihome is a fixed board internet service product with the technology they currently use, namely ADSL (asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line), MSAN (Multi Service Access Node) and GPON (GigabytePassive Optical Network). Indihome has advantages in the form of telephone communication services at a more affordable cost than competitors and clearer voice quality and internet services that use fiber optics. Fiber optics is a high-level technology but there is also the biggest weakness of this technology which is expensive and allows errors in field data and data in the system, the data asymmetry causes losses to the side and business actors, which in this case is Telkom Indonesia. So it is necessary to repair error services with data management to synchronize existing data on the system and data contained in the field, especially at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Tangerang.
