Abstract

PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor (SIM) Tambun Plant II is an automotive manufacturing company for four wheeled vehicles. Problems in the research of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor Tambun Plant II, the implementation Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in a company is something important to implement, this is done to create zero accidents, and to ensure that work is carried out by employees safely and comfortably. Work accident data at PT. 11 Suzuki Indomobil Motor Tambun Plant II from 2018 to 2022, with the breakdown form year to year as follows, in 2018 there were 5 work accident, 2019 there were 1 work accident, in 2020 there was 1 work accident, in 2021 there were 2 work accidents, and in 2022 there will be 2 work accidents. PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor Tambun Plant II with Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). The results of the study of 21 sources of danger found that, 9% were in the low category, 47% moderate, 24% high and 20% extreme. The location of sources of danger (hazard) is caused by several factors, namely negligence of workers, layout of work units, and poor use of PPE.
