Abstract

Kalibagor Village is one of the villages in Banyumas regency which is located in a strategic location with many government buildings and several industries. In the interview with the village secretary, Mr. Sumanto, A.Md. stated that not all village officials are obedient in carrying out their work, there are some village officials who often do not report their daily activities and the reporting process still uses a manual system such as sending messages to the village secretary and writing them in a journal book located in the office. This is what is needed to create a draft application system for daily reporting of the performance of kalibagor village hall employees. The method used in designing the application system for daily reporting employee performance uses the desing thinking method and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The assessment scale on UEQ is attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, novelty. The UEQ method has 26 question types where each question has a scale of 1 to 7. Attractiveness gets an average of 1.45 and gets Above Average, clarity gets an average value of 1.00 gets Below Average, efficiency gets an average value of 1.32 gets Above Average, accuracy gets an average value of 1.00 gets Below Average, stimulation gets an average value of 1.79 gets Excellent and Novelty gets an average score of 0.79 gets Above Average. Produce a draft application system for daily reporting of employee performance of Kalibagor Village hall employees and evaluate the design system of the employee performance daily reporting application that has been made.
