Abstract

User interface design is an important factor for website performance. Based on interviews with the developer of the Donasi Sampah Website, the implementation does not yet have a relatively good design. Based on these problems, this research will design a user interface design using flat design techniques. This design aims to produce a user interface design for the Donasi Sampah website to increase user satisfaction. The design that is made is in the form of a Graphic User Interface by implementing the Figma multimedia application which is specifically designed to design a design. The results of the design in this study are in the form of a graphic user interface using Figma software. Testing was carried out using the A/B testing method, the usability method used was the System Usability Scale, the old design got a score of 41.75 and after the redesign it produced a score of 83.25. In the old design, it was categorized as F, which means not acceptable, while after the redesign, it is categorized as B, which means acceptable. The technique of drawing conclusions in this study using the paired sample t-test method obtained a sig (2- tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05 so based on the research hypothesis it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
