Abstract

The Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Pasar Sari Mulyo is one of the agencies formed by the government to manage fees at Pasar Sari Mulyo. The process of managing market retribution at UPTD Pasar Sari Mulyo is still conventional. The process of collecting fees, the officer gives a ticket containing a nominal amount to be paid by the merchant as proof of payment of fees and processing of levy data is lengthy. Based on the problems that have been described, research on the Design and Development of Market Retribution Information Systems at the Sari Mulyo Market Using the Extreme Programming Method was carried out. The four stages in the Extreme Programming Method begin with planning with user stories, then modeling, in this study modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Next, implementing modeling into program code, in this study using MongoDB, Express.JS, React JS and Node.JS or better known as the MERN Stack. The final stage is testing. The results of this research are in the form of a market levy information system that is able to manage user fees and is able to make online payments that have been built using Black Box Testing which shows that all features function according to the expected functionality. Keywords: Traditional market retribution, Extreme Programming, MERN Stack
