Abstract

In times like today, the need for information and communication technology is very important for society. People need it either for school, work, or just for entertainment. Therefore, the need for information and communication technology also needs to be accompanied by a good network so that these needs are met. PT. Telkom Indonesia provides services in terms of network infrastructure management. To be able to enjoy this service, customers are expected to apply for a new install, which will then be processed. In the installation of the new connection, there are three types, namely PT-1, PT-2, and PT-3. In addition, for new installations, there is a 3P package containing IndiHome, Useetv, and a telephone that can be used by customers. The problem faced when conducting street vendors is that the location of the new connection installation is not yet known, and it is not yet known whether or not there are poles and lines from the nearest telkom and ODP to the location of the new connection installation. Therefore, a survey was conducted at the customer's house, and a new ODP application was submitted.
