Abstract

The development of intranet technology has been applied in various fields, one of which is in the field of telecommunications. Intranet is used to communicate and share information within a certain scope with a limited area, with the rapid development of intranet networks such as at STO Telkom Gambir, Central Jakarta, there are problems that occur in intranet network troubleshooting such as fiber optic breaks. Disruption of the intranet network causes employees to be unable to access the network. The author conducted a case study of STO Telkom Gambir. Broken fiber optic cable on the switch. It is known by the red switch color when monitoring the Telkom web. The author made a cable replacement fiber optic and configuration at the command prompt so that employees can reuse the intranet network.
