Abstract
The company in a certain period of time always conducts a survey of its employees to evaluate the performance of the company's services in creating a comfortable work environment. Collecting surveys or feedback from employees is usually done by filling out questionnaires with various questions. This makes the feedback filling process tedious and time-consuming for employees. For the company itself, the data analysis will also take a lot of time to extract the information in the feedback manually. By using deep learning in the field of computer vision and natural language processing using face recognition methods and sentiment analysis using the BERT model, the feedback analysis provided by employees can be used to address and evaluate services, facilities, work environment, and the psychological condition of employees at the company.
