Abstract

At MBKM FTTE, the author conducted an internship for six months at the company PT. Poca Jaringan Solusi, tbk Balinusra region, This activity aims to encourage writers to master various sciences that are useful for entering the world of work. In this activity, the authors carry out Maintenance and troubleshoot tower activities belonging to Telkomsel operators. This activity aims for the author to know how to deal with problems and Maintenance in the telecommunications tower infrastructure environment. Method The work process in this report was taken by approaching and interviewing the technician team and conducting direct field trials. The results of this report are that the authors get an understanding of the types of disturbances at the telecommunications tower site and their handling, how to maintain and report the condition of the telecommunications tower site, and how to work in the world of cellular communications. Here it can be seen that Maintenance and troubleshooting are an important part of the world of cellular communications, to maintain the operational work of telecommunication towers.
