Abstract

Indonesian people's interest in reading is still low compared to other countries. UNESCO noted that in 2012 the reading interest index in Indonesia only reached 0.001, meaning that in 1000 people there is only one person who reads. The lack of interest in reading activities is not only due to lack of interest in reading but also due to the lack of available books that can make them interested in reading. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to increase interest in reading, which can be started by cultivating a love of reading from an early age in the family. As for the efforts that can be made in the digital era like now, namely by creating a digital literacy platform. With the website-based digital literacy platform, it can make it easier for the public to access it. However, before doing this, it is necessary to collect data on reading interest in Indonesia and then analyze it to be displayed in a dashboard. Based on this data, it can later be used as reference material for the creation of a digital literacy website. Data on reading interest in Indonesia that has been analyzed will later be displayed on a dashboard to make it easier to read. Therefore, the research entitled "User Interface Dashboard Management for Data Collection of Reading Interests in Indonesia" was created to make it easier for users to find out which areas still lack interest in reading and areas that still need reading facilities so that the digital literacy platform that is made is by the target.
