Abstract

PT. Poca Jaringan Solusi is a company engaged in telecommunications network services. In their work the project manager requires a report on the results of work on each progress, this report on the results of work is needed to review the progress of a project. This document is stored manually on each device in each division. Business processes that are carried out without information management have an impact on the vulnerability of information processing errors, in addition to the potential for miss information caused by factors such as human error. Qualitatively in the RFE and TE divisions to obtain the required data and document information. The management information system is designed to provide document information and support project business processes. The results of this study, the authors conducted an analysis of the correct lock value document and in accordance with the needs of Telkomsel. This research was conducted based on observations during an internship at the PT. Poca Network Solutions office. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded to understand the system in making the document correctly, because the document is needed to find out that the work has been completed and from the work the device can be used as needed.
