Abstract

With the development of the times in the current era of globalization, information systems using sophisticated computer technology will help make it easier for us to manage data that can provide time, space and cost. And also the results of the information obtained will be very satisfying and very useful for individuals and institutions who need it. Management of data and information quickly and accurately is very important for a government agency. The filing process at the Cilacap Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office is done manually, by storing files separately according to each year. With this website , it is hoped that it can help the employees of the Cilacap One Stop Investment and Service Agency to be able to remind their performance in the field of public data archives. Therefore, the authors created an information system in the form of a web site archiving that would improve the performance of the employees of the Cilacap One Stop Investment Service and Services. The method used in making this archiving website is by using the Prototype Method. Where the flow and stages used include identifying user needs, developing prototypes, determining prototypes, using prototypes. The results of this study are in the form of a one-stop Cilacap Integrated Investment and Service Service archiving information system based on a website which is expected to help facilitate the data management process from year to year.
