Abstract

It is undeniable that current technological developments are increasing, including one of them, namely telecommunications technology. This can be seen with the increasing number of people who use the internet as a medium of communication. Almost everyone wants to ensure the continuity of unlimited telecommunications relations. To meet the needs of the community for internet technology, construction of a fiber optic access network was carried out in order to provide a network for users to communicate. In analyzing an information system, it needs a lot of considerations both in terms of planning and implementation. At PT. Telkom Indonesia system analysis conducted on the New Operation Support System (NOSS) tools. With this analysis, it is expected to meet the needs of the community for good networks and systems.
