Abstract

An internet network is something that is needed today, users are quite observant of the quality of the services provided by each provider because they want a secure, fast, stable, and cheap internet connection. So that each provider is competing to provide the best service they have for customer satisfaction. In order to continue to enjoy the services they have, customers are also required to pay bills that are given and mutually agreed upon between the provider and the users themselves. If there is a delay in payment, the provider has the right to cut off the service owned by the customer, this is stated in the letter of mutual agreement between the provider and the user. In a provider company there is a section whose job is to record customer bills, whether they have been paid or have not been paid, recording these bills is done every month. In addition to being tasked with recording or billing verbally by telephone or in writing, there are also technicians on duty besides installing services, technicians are also tasked with disconnecting services if there is an order from the finance and billing division or billing. So that the data can be accessed easily and only those who have the authority. In the implementation of this work practice, the author had the opportunity at PT. Telkom Witel Purwokerto Finance division. The activities carried out during practical work are creating a website to display the results of the data that has been recapitulated so that it can be accessed easily by employees who have the authority to access the data using a telegram bot.
